Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Practitioner, you will:
Deliver safe, effective and compassionate patient care in line with organizational policies, procedures and professional standards Undertake delegated clinical interventions, including dressings, glucose monitoring and other agreed nursing procedures Support the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse Monitor patients' progress and promptly escalate any changes or concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic patient record systems, including EMIS Support rehabilitation programmes that promote independence and recovery Assist with ward administration duties, stock ordering and equipment checks Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, audits and quality improvement initiatives Support the induction and development of new colleagues and students Maintain high standards of infection prevention, safeguarding, information governance and health and safety practices Contribute to creating a safe, caring and positive environment for patients, visitors and colleaguesPlease refer to the full Job Description for a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration and previous experience working within a health or social care environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
