Overview

Senior Analyst, Global Product Integration (GPI) The Global Product Integration (GPI) team is a global organization within Global Customer Delivery & Care (GCD&C). Focused on new technologies, products, and services, GPI partners with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders across Mastercard to enable the successful deployment of solutions to customers with speed, quality, and predictability. GPI assesses new products and enhancements to ensure GCD&C is prepared to support and scale customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to business-as-usual operations. Global Product Integrators develop streamlined, scalable processes and delivery assets used by teams worldwide, helping create a consistent and positive implementation experience for both customers and employees. Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing the development of product on boarding processes and tools and documenting customer implementation and testing processes for new or significantly enhanced MasterCard products and services within the Network Products portfolio. • Partner with global product and engineering teams to understand and influence product and enhancement requirements. • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to identify, document, and maintain customer testing requirements and supporting tools. • Support Product Readiness activities in partnership with product and engineering teams, following Studio guidelines. • Develop and maintain global product delivery guides that enable consistent implementations at scale with speed, quality, and predictability. • Partner with regional delivery teams to provide the knowledge, tools, processes, support, and documentation needed to execute customer projects effectively. • Collaborate with regional delivery teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. • Deliver implementation and testing training sessions for GCD&C teams, ensuring resources have the information and tools needed to support customer projects. • Establish reporting approaches for assigned products and monitor delivery KPIs.

All About You • Ability to understand, simplify, and communicate complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to analyze existing and new solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes. • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with customers, internal and external business partners, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Familiarity with payment transaction processing, including ISO messaging standards. • Familiarity with APIs and API-based solutions. • Familiarity with Mastercard testing tools. • Experience supporting customer delivery, testing processes, or quality analysis and assurance activities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams while maintaining flexibility to support different time zones. • Additional language skills are a plus, as the role partners closely with regional teams around the world.
