Job Description
Goodwin & Company is looking for a Sited Community Association Manager who is responsible for the management of operations that include: overseeing of personnel, collections, resident relations, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, administration, reporting, and legal compliance.
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT Ensures the on-site community operates smoothly and its residents receive consistent, professional service — protecting the association's financial health, maintaining the physical condition of the community, and giving the Board confidence that day-to-day operations are handled without their oversight.
CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Success in this role is defined by the outcomes achieved, not the activities performed. A high-performing on-site Community Association Manager will deliver measurable results in the following areas: • The community's financial goals are met through disciplined budget adherence and accurate execution of the business plan. • Maintenance issues, compliance inspections, and vendor coordination are handled promptly, keeping the community's physical condition and appearance consistently high. • Residents receive responsive, professional service that resolves their housing needs and builds trust in the association's management. • The Board receives timely, accurate reporting and can rely on day-to-day operations being managed without escalation.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to: • Responsible for day to day maintenance coordination, meeting with vendors, bi-weekly compliance inspections, and social activity coordination. • Elevate every day by creating an amazing experience for our customers as well as team members. • Provide solutions to customers to help them solve their housing needs. • Responsible for meeting property ownership financial goals through successful execution of the business plan and adherence to the operating budget.
Requirements EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• 18 years or older
• 1+ years of property management experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Possess strong financial and analytical abilities, extremely organized, and strong attention to detail
