PURPOSE OF THE ROLE A Supply Chain Development Engineer is responsible for designing, improving, and implementing supply chain processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and support business growth. The role bridges engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and supplier management to ensure an optimized end-to-end supply chain that delivers products and services reliably and sustainably.to perform the role of supplier Development Engineer. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct Risk Assessments, Rate Readiness Assessments, Process Capability • Assessment, Statistical Process Control, Capacity Assessment of the supply base to meet the customers’ quantity and schedule demands • Drive consistency and adherence to quality procedures and specification requirements • Contribute to problem solving and process improvement activities, using standard approaches and tools. • Approve suppliers according to our sourcing process. • Participate on definition of material specifications with Engineering Process Engineering, Purchasing and supplier. • Establish supplier development programs at respective suppliers with the assigned commodity and follow up corrective actions and results of those programs. • Perform supplier audits in accordance with our sourcing process and/or supplier development programs. • Negotiate and successfully finalize standard supplier quality manual with suppliers. • Support an escalation path in case of ongoing supplier quality issues, ongoing bad supplier rating and uncooperative suppliers. • Define necessary actions for early production containment. • Retain and track supplier records. • Execute regular supplier rating for respective suppliers. • Establish continuous improvement programs with suppliers. • Track, update and report our relevant KPI We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• Knowledge of Aerospace products, manufacturing process planning • Review level knowledge of the PPAP and FAI processes • Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, APQP, QMS, Lean/Six Sigma • Experience with quality tools including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP. • Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test procedures. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Supply Chain Management, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Engineering experience • Practical experience of New Product Introduction within Aerospace manufacturing, or automotive • Project Management experience will be advantageous IT SYSTEMS & SOTWARE SKILLS

• MS Office tools: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project. • Software: CAD Tools ERP System (SAP), MES(Simatic IT, Solumina) • Analysis tools: Minitab14 and • Product Lifecycle Management: Siemens Teamcenter / ptc Windchill / Dassualt Innovia DESIRED PROFILE Candidate must be a Proactive, Result oriented with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully in a fast paced and time-constrained environment
