Key Responsibilities
• Candidate with 15+ years of Mechanical Integrity experience (RBI/Corrosion control) within Perto chemical plants, refineries, chemical processing plants. • Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) & Corrosion Loop Analysis: Proficient in developing and implementing RBI programs based on API 580/581 guidelines. Capable of identifying degradation mechanisms, assigning corrosion loops, evaluating risk factors, and optimizing inspection intervals to improve asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs. • Develop and implement and execute Asset Hierarchies, Thickness measurement plans, POF, COF determination, Identification of Damage mechanisms, Risk ranking and calculation manually by MS Excel & APM tool, Validation of IOW for Stationary equipment’s. • Preferred certifications: Active API 580 (Risk based Inspection), API 571 (Corrosion & Materials) • Codes & Standards: In-depth Mastery of API 510/570/653/571/579/580/581/584, MRO 175/MRO103 • Software & Systems: Proficiency in APM/CMMS systems (GE APM/Meridium, SAP-PM, Maximo) and corrosion/Integrity modeling platforms
