We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP MM Support Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM support activities, material management, and vendor coordination, along with a strong understanding of product catalogues and codification standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Material Request Form (MRF) creation • Spare parts management • Purchase Requisition (PR) creation • Vendor quotation analysis • Material master creation/extension/modification • Plant and Storage Location Management • SAP MM integration with maintenance processes and SAP PM activities. SAP MM Functional Expertise
• Configure and maintain SAP MM processes including: • Material Master • Vendor Master • Purchasing Info Records • Source Lists • Purchase Requisitions (PR) • Purchase Orders (PO) • Contracts and Scheduling Agreements • Inventory Management • Invoice Verification (MIRO) • Support procurement and inventory business processes. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation. Project Implementation & Support
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects. • Prepare functional specifications for developments and integrations. • Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. • Manage master data quality and process improvements. Integration & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with SAP modules: • FI/CO • SD • PP • WM/EWM • PM • QM • Ensure seamless integration of procurement a+nd inventory processes. • Custom report developments. Business Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement and inventory processes. • Improve stock accuracy, purchasing efficiency, and material availability. • Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements. • Develop SOPs, process flows, and user guides. User Training & Support
• Conduct end-user training programs. • Prepare training materials and knowledge articles. • Resolve production issues and provide business support. Key SAP MM Transaction Codes

Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline. • 10+ Years experience • SAP MM Certification preferred. • SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification is an added advantage. Preferred experience in:
