This role combines patient interaction, administrative support, and technology coordination to ensure a positive experience for patients, providers, and care teams. The position works closely with clinical staff, hospital leadership, and telehealth program teams to facilitate virtual healthcare services and support telehealth growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate telehealth visits by bringing devices to patient rooms and assisting with virtual consultations. • Support remote provider rounding, family video visits, interpreter services, and remote monitoring programs. • Provide professional and compassionate patient support during telehealth interactions. • Coordinate patient flow and telemedicine-related workflows. • Troubleshoot, track, maintain, and manage telehealth devices and equipment. • Partner with Information Services to resolve technical issues and optimize device performance. • Perform data entry and administrative support activities. • Collaborate with nursing, providers, patient experience teams, and telehealth leadership. • Support telehealth program growth and workflow improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of medical administrative experience. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Comfortable working in a patient-facing hospital environment. • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications. • Ability to learn new healthcare software and systems. • Reliable transportation and flexibility to support multiple locations when needed. • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance. • Associate's Degree preferred but not required. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
