About this role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Director, National Accounts to lead growth and profitability across key North American accounts, including major retail and partner organizations. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for developing account strategies, strengthening executive relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering against ambitious revenue objectives. Working closely with regional teams, global stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, you'll help shape the future of our key account business while identifying new opportunities to increase customer value, enhance loyalty, and accelerate growth. Responsibilities:
• Lead sales strategy execution and overall commercial performance for assigned national accounts. • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders. • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention through strategic account planning and business development initiatives. • Partner with regional and global teams to align priorities, execute growth strategies, and support new product launches. • Lead business reviews, performance analysis, and strategic planning sessions with customers and internal stakeholders. • Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and account profitability. • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and financial results, implementing corrective actions when needed. • Lead high-impact projects and initiatives that support long-term business growth and strengthen customer partnerships. More about you:
• Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, national account management, or commercial leadership roles. • Proven success managing large, complex strategic or national accounts and driving revenue growth. • Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders across complex organizations. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating within global, matrixed environments. • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering measurable business results. • Highly analytical, organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Fluent in English. This role's pay range is between: $160,000 - $200,000. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
