As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, you will leverage your skills to support clients in solving complex business issues, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, manage multiple client engagements, and contribute to the development of your team's technical skills. You will be actively involved in business development activities, identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will train and lead staff, establishing effective working relationships directly with clients. You will continue to develop your PwC brand and internal relationships, while keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues. This position offers the chance to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, navigating complex situations and embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and guide others, all within our SAP practice.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management - Leading and training junior staff to enhance team capabilities - Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business objectives - Contributing to the development of technical skills within the team - Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends - Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities - Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal and team branding - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization - Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic technology planning - Applying analytical thinking to support business transformation initiatives - Leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for design automation and process optimization - Embracing change and fostering an inclusive work environment to drive innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights - Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences - Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing - Applying SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration - Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
