As an Accounts Payable - Senior Manager, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role will involve assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy, analyzing client needs to develop financial solutions that optimize performance and improve decision-making.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will lead teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Leading the assessment and improvement of financial processes to enhance operational efficiency - Developing and implementing solutions for process automation and financial systems integration - Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to optimize cash flow and reduce costs - Providing strategic guidance on financial management and strategy to support client decision-making - Overseeing financial reporting and analysis to support business objectives and compliance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial shared services - Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation - Validating financial internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data - Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for financial performance optimization - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client needs and expectations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience - At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant - Oral and written proficiency in English required
