Job role: Pharmacy Technician About the Role Join a collaborative pharmacy team where you'll play an important role in helping ensure medications are prepared safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and making a meaningful impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities
• Accurately fill prescription orders under the supervision of a pharmacist. • Pick, label, scan, and prepare medications for pharmacist verification. • Assist with medication returns, recycling, and disposal following established procedures. • Pre-package frequently ordered medications and maintain organized inventory. • Pull medications from shelves and storage areas according to prescription requirements. • Identify and report any medication discrepancies to the pharmacist immediately. • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and all pharmacy regulations. • Support pharmacy operations through additional duties as needed. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License in good standing. • Basic pharmacy knowledge and understanding of prescription workflows. • Strong data entry and computer skills. • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification. • Experience with prior authorizations (PA). • Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
