Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product launches, optimize tooling and equipment, and provide hands-on engineering support to production operations. Responsibilities • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production workflows. • Design, implement, and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and production equipment. • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reducing scrap, downtime, cycle times, and production costs. • Support new product launches through process development, validation, and quality planning activities. • Analyze production data, process capability, and throughput to identify improvement opportunities. • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and engineering support for production, tooling, and equipment issues. • Lead equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and process qualification activities. • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to improve product quality and process performance. • Maintain engineering documentation, including routings, process specifications, drawings, and BOMs. • Support automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. Work EnvironmentThis is an onsite role. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.69 - $62.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
