HIRING: Landscape Architect About the Role We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join a growing multidisciplinary team supporting a diverse portfolio of land development, site design, master planning, and community-focused projects.In this role, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial site analysis and conceptual design through permitting, presentations, and construction administration. You will collaborate closely with engineers, planners, architects, clients, and municipal agencies to transform design concepts into functional, attractive, and sustainable outdoor environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Architect who enjoys the intersection of creative design, technical site planning, and client/project management and is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative consulting environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inventories, field investigations, and site analyses to evaluate existing conditions and inform design decisions. • Support feasibility studies, conceptual design, site planning, and master planning efforts. • Develop site plans, grading plans, planting and landscape plans, and site lighting layouts. • Prepare design concepts, renderings, visual analyses, photographic simulations, and 3D presentations. • Translate conceptual designs into detailed plans and construction documentation. • Manage assigned project tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to maintain project timelines. • Prepare and coordinate permit applications, planning submissions, and municipal approvals. • Present projects and design concepts to clients, stakeholders, planning commissions, zoning boards, municipal boards, and public agencies. • Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, architects, environmental professionals, and other consultants throughout the design process. • Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication regarding project scope, design decisions, schedules, and deliverables. • Support construction administration, including site visits, field observations, contractor coordination, and review of project implementation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, site planning, or land development. • Strong experience with site analysis, site planning, landscape design, feasibility studies, and land development projects. • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. • Understanding of grading, site design, planting design, and construction documentation. • Experience coordinating projects through municipal review and permitting processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and design concepts clearly. • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a consulting environment. • Strong collaboration and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA) or ability to obtain licensure. • 10+ years of experience for consideration at a senior-level capacity. • Experience working within a multidisciplinary engineering, planning, or land development consulting firm. • Experience presenting projects before planning commissions, zoning boards, town councils, and other public agencies. • Experience managing projects and coordinating directly with clients and external consultants. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of White Plains, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
