Nidec Conversion is hiring an Automation Technician for Genova site.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the functional requirements and issue the operating specifications of the entire architecture and individual modules.
Issue detailed specifications to support internal realizations or to support requests for services performed externally.
Develop program code, testing and verification of software modules.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel away, in Italy and abroad ( 30%)
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and LANGUAGES
Education and Qualifications
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Physics, Mathematics.
High School: Automation or Electrical Technician or similar
Lanuguages: English B1
Experience
Graduate with experience in software development activities, metal application it's appreciate
IT Skills
PLC and HMI developing project including safety sw (experience on Metals Applications it's appreciated)
SW programming language based on IEC 61131-3
Office Automation Tools (Word, Excel).
Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows (from Windows 7 to Windows Server 2019).
Relational Database: Microsoft SQL, Oracle.
Communication protocols: Profinet, Profibus, TCP-IP, OPC, Modbus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge of communcation system towards Siemens PLC
Knowledge of Siemens PLC (Type S/ 1500, TIA Portal 17/18/19, Wincc including simulator)
Knowledge of Isagraf RA PLC
Industrial SCADA ( WinCC, In Touch)
