The Commercial Data & CRM Operations Analyst is a hands-on partner to Commercial teams responsible for executing and scaling CRM capabilities while ensuring high-quality, reliable commercial master data. This role combines CRM platform execution with Master Data Management (MDM) operations to improve field effectiveness, data quality, and commercial decision-making across EMEA.
Where you come in:
• Execute and improve Veeva CRM / Vault configuration, data management, testing, and deployment activities, applying strong functional judgment to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, compliant, and aligned with EMEA commercial needs. • Translate business requirements into clear CRM and MDM execution plans, challenging assumptions when needed and guiding stakeholders toward practical, standardized solutions. • Perform and coordinate senior-level Master Data Management (MDM) activities, including customer data updates, hierarchy maintenance, business rule application, exception handling, and stewardship across HCP, HCO, and account data. • Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, recommend corrective actions, and execute remediation activities to improve the reliability of CRM and MDM data. • Support CRM and MDM integration work, including onboarding preparation, data migration checks, legacy data alignment, defect resolution, and coordination with IT and business teams. • Partner with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and IT to deliver approved enhancements, resolve operational issues, and ensure changes support field execution. • Act as an experienced functional point of contact for field teams and business stakeholders, supporting best-practice adoption, functional testing, validation, and user readiness activities. • Maintain documentation of business rules, configuration decisions, data standards, test outcomes, and operational metrics to support traceability, governance, and continuous improvement.
What makes you successful:
• Solid hands-on experience with Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault configuration, data management, testing, and feature deployment in a Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations environment. • Experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European commercial organizations, with a strong understanding of commercial data, field processes, and CRM operating models. • Strong practical understanding of master data concepts, including customer hierarchies, matching, merging, survivorship, validation, and data stewardship controls. • Proven ability to execute complex data quality, data stewardship, CRM configuration, or CRM data management activities with accuracy and limited supervision. • Ability to organize and prioritize system configuration tasks, data workloads, testing activities, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. • Experience performing functional testing, validation, defect investigation, and user acceptance support to ensure high-quality system deployments. • Clear communicator who can work confidently with business stakeholders, field teams, analysts, and IT partners, explaining issues and recommendations in practical terms. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to spot risks, follow through on open items, and continuously improve data quality, system usability, and operational ways of working.

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
• At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
Flex Workplace:
• Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

The annualised base salary for this position is from €60,605.00 to €78,430.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
