The Role The purpose of a Distribution Lead is to oversee the daily productivity of the assigned department. This position will be responsible for the daily and/or hourly delegation of tasking associates, pulling and reading reports regarding incoming waves, ensuring the department headcount is sufficient to properly complete the estimated production for the shift, tracking associate performance, and properly communicate any issues to other Leads or Management.
