• Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively • Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including conducting client meetings, preparing reports, and addressing inquiries • Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution for clients • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to clients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience Requirements
