Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a premium concierge experience within a corporate workplace environment.
• Welcome and assist executives, clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Manage visitor registration, meeting room coordination, and executive requests.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate workplace events, catering, and VIP visits.
• Ensure meeting rooms, reception, and shared spaces are maintained to a premium standard.
• Liaise with building management and service providers as required.
• Provide administrative support relating to workplace operations and concierge services.
• Handle enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
About You Essential Experience
• Recent experience as a Corporate Concierge, Executive Concierge, Executive Receptionist, or Workplace Concierge within a corporate office environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience working within premium corporate, professional services, legal, financial services, property, or blue-chip environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional presentation and a polished, customer-centric approach.
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with senior leaders and VIP visitors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

We are specifically seeking candidates with a corporate concierge background, rather than hospitality, retail, or general customer service experience.
