Main Responsibilities • Develop program-level construction execution plan and build up the construction management system and corresponding procedures. • Lead the inter-projects level communication and manage the interfaces among different projects, start-up team, construction contractors and external stakeholders. • Develop multiple-level construction organization chart and define the role and responsibilities of all subordinates. • Develop the construction-related contract strategy, Lead technical part of the construction contract bidding process, organize the technical evaluation of technical proposals and prepare TBE (Technical Bidding Evaluation ) with the support of the contract manager. • Monitor and audit the implementation of all HSE, construction, quality management, and other site management-related standards and procedures in all projects. • Lead the construction schedule preparation and track the progress with support of scheduler and organize regular coordination meeting. • Direct and lead inspections of site-executed works by contractors to ensure safety, quality and progress complies with corresponding targets. • Monitor and verify project completion status in alignment with milestones & project completion dates and develop contingency plans for unforeseen events or acts of God that would impact cost and schedule. • Manage site changes and coordinate with design disciplines and contract management to control site changes. • Define the material management strategy and coordinate the resource and materials inter-projects.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience) • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structure/Architecture Engineering,• Pyrochemical Engineering• Mechanical Engineering• Mechanical/Process Piping Engineering• Pharmaceutical Engineering • Experience:15+ years construction management working experience,10+ years as construction manager in chemical/pharmaceutical related industries, 5+ years in COV as construction manager. • Effective managerial and communication skills and computer literacy are mandatory • Strategic thinking of project execution and good at network management. • Previous work experience with a multi-national company. • Good English skills required, oral and written. • Practical knowledge of PRC codes and International standards preferred. • Technical knowledge of various construction disciplines in the chemical industry preferred.
