Responsibilities
• General maintenance and handyman repair tasks • Select demolition / de-construction • Drywall patching, repair, and painting • Millwork and trim • Door & hardware installations and repairs • Small-scale tenant improvement projects
• Adjustments to doors and cabinetry • Tile installation, grouting, and repairs • Basic electrical work • Basic plumbing services • Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment
