Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Manage rating advisory projects, including first-time rating mandates and ongoing rating maintenance assignments. • Coordinate project execution and timelines to ensure smooth delivery of rating-related work. • Serve as a key point of contact between clients and rating agencies throughout the rating process. • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients and external rating agencies to facilitate transaction progress. • Prepare rating advisory materials, including rating agency presentations and supporting documentation. • Build and maintain financial forecast models to support credit analysis and rating advisory work. • Assist in the preparation of pitching materials, providing relevant analysis to support the team in securing GDF mandates. • Conduct indicative rating analysis and provide credit opinions and rating advice to clients and internal stakeholders, while delivering high-quality work on a timely basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, rating advisory, debt capital markets or related fields. • Prior experience at one of the three major rating agencies — S&P, Moody’s or Fitch — is required. • Strong credit analysis and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to assess issuer fundamentals and support rating advisory work. • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, rating agencies and internal teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under time pressure.
