Job Description Job DescriptionVan Jon Paving is looking to hire one employee to their team for the rest of the season in 2026. We are looking for someone willing to do Asphalt Finishing. This Job is a construction job; Working outdoors in all types of weather. Experience Preferred; Raking, Hand Tamping and Plate Tamping Experience operating skid steers and rollers highly valued. We are looking for someone who can help finish the season off with expectations of full-time next season. Wages will be based on experience with clothing allowance and benefits after 3 months. Work is Seasonal with this season expected to conclude mid December
