*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently handling transactions as well as maintaining cleanliness of the establishment and replenishing ingredients. Your ability to manage time will be crucial in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times * Restock and replenish ingredients * Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly while maintaining high service standards. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in customer service and food related job is perferred * Mature with Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage tasks efficiently. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends expected
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
