*The Job:*
We're hiring experienced Carpenters with concrete formwork skills to join our crew. You'll be building and stripping formwork on real infrastructure ? bridges, culverts, and industrial builds ? working alongside people who know what they're doing.
*Pay:*
$40?$42 per hour, based on experience.
*What You'll Be Doing:*
* Building and stripping formwork for walls, columns, and suspended slabs * Aligning, bracing, and anchoring formwork for stability and accuracy * Pouring vertical concrete (hand finishing skills an asset) * Operating hand and power tools safely * Working with the crew to keep projects on time and on budget
*What You Bring:*
* Proven experience as a Carpenter with concrete formwork specifically * Comfortable reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans * Solid carpentry skills and tool proficiency * An eye for detail ? this work has to be right * Willingness to travel within Manitoba * Class 5 license an asset
