*Duties*
* Serving tables * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and alcohol service regulations. * Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. * Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology principles. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. * A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in the workplace.
