About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction. Pave and rake asphalt. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Experience: No experience (will train). Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
