About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers. Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Serve food and beverages. Provide customer service. Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
