About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Other grain farming. Wheat farming. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Cut agricultural crops. Mixing fertilizer. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Employment terms options: To be determined. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
