About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Pack fruits and vegetables. Sort fruits and vegetables. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Morning. On call. Day. Weekend. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
