Learning Support Workers Wanted - SEND provisions

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning?
We are looking for experienced Learning Support Workers / Student Support Workers to support pupils across PRUs and Alternative Education settings, school SEN departments to provide1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs, EHCPs and behavioural challenges.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates with:
Experience in PRUs, SEN, alternative provision, youth work or similar settingsA calm, resilient approach and the ability to build positive relationshipsConfidence supporting young people with emotional needs and challenging behaviourEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Passionate, caring and enthusiastic in the work Benefits
