About The Role What you’ll be doing: You’ll be joining a small team of between 4 – 6 members of staffYou’ll be committed to delivering a great customer experienceYou will be working up to 45 hours per week - all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieuYou’ll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable mannerYou’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customersYou’ll ensure that you exceed our customers’ expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choiceYou’ll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets What you’ll need - skills and experience: You’ll have previous experience in selling technical products to customersYou’ll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environmentYou’ll have previous experience in dealing with customersYou’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product rangeYou’ll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skillsYou’ll possess basic computer literacyYou’ll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
