About this role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Building Maintenance PPM Operative to join our Site Services team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance testing, and general building maintenance to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. You'll carry out a range of planned maintenance and compliance activities, including: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Weekly fire alarm and fire sprinkler testing Emergency lighting testing Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Fire door inspections Ladder and step ladder inspections Drainage and sump pump inspections General building and plant room inspections Minor maintenance and repair works Recording maintenance activities and compliance checks Reporting defects and supporting specialist contractors Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures Essential Experience/Qualifications Experience i...
