PARAEDUCATOR 1/GRAD MENTOR Purpose:
The Graduate Mentor supports students who are at risk of not meeting graduation requirements by providing individualized guidance and resources. This role focuses on developing and monitoring Student Success Plans, facilitating credit recovery opportunities, and / or providing students with academic support. The Graduate Mentor works collaboratively with school staff to remove barriers to graduation and empower students to achieve their academic goals. See Job Description here.
