POSITION: Preschool Assistant - Special Ed. Assistant Schedule: 8:50 am - 3:50 pm, Tuesday - -Friday LOCATION: Fairborn Primary School SALARY: Starting Pay: $18.56 per hour, 6.5 hours per day Tuesday through Friday, for the 2026-27 school year APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 31, 2026 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to communicate and work with disabled students. • Must be Highly Qualified. • Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma. • Assist students with classwork. • Assist teacher in planning and implementing daily schedule. • Physically capable to do student transfers as necessary to maintain the care of students in the classroom. • Meet the specific State and Federal Guidelines, associated with Preschool. • Meet the qualification and/or criteria set by the State of Ohio Department of Education to obtain an educational aide permit (ORC 3319.088).
