School Year: September 2026 to May 2027 Days/Times: Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm – 4:30pm Stipend: $3,800 Position Summary:
• The After-School Fitness Club Advisor provides middle school students with a safe, positive, and engaging opportunity to improve physical fitness, develop healthy habits, and build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and personal responsibility.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Plan and lead age-appropriate fitness activities and workouts.
• Supervise students throughout each after-school session.
• Teach proper exercise techniques and safe equipment use.
• Develop activities addressing strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness.
• Promote healthy habits including nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery.
• Create an inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal improvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness environment.
• Monitor student attendance and participation.
• Report injuries, safety concerns, and significant behavior concerns.
• Follow all district policies, safety procedures, and student supervision.
• Serve as a positive role model for students.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, staff, and administrators.

• Building Principal
• Activities Director
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience working with middle school students.
• Knowledge or experience in fitness, physical education, athletics, or strength and conditioning.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or recommended.
• Ability to work effectively with students in an athletic or fitness-related setting.
