Chichester School District is looking for a Part-Time Athletic Trainer to join our Chichester Middle School team! Make an Impact with Chichester.

We are looking for a candidate who will take pride in their work, providing SAFE athletic healthcare services for students participating in our Athletics program. Division: Athletics/CEA Location: Chichester Middle School Reports to: Director of Athletics Salary Level: As per education level/CEA Agreement If you are offered a position with Chichester School District, please be advised that the following information will be required before you are able to begin working:

• State Police Clearance (Act 34) - complete online and print your results immediately

• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) - complete online and request your results to be sent electronically

• FBI Fingerprints (Act 114) - register & pay online, then go to the fingerprint location of your choice to be printed

• School Health Record - includes physical (less than one year old) & tb test from less than 90 days old

• Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report

• PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release -A separate form must be completed for: Current employer; and all former employers that were school entities; AND all former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.

• Proof of Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License

• Proof of BOC Certification

• Current CPR/AED Certification

Essential Duties

• Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency care services.

• Attend assigned practices and athletic contests.

• Manage concussion protocols and return-to-play procedures.

• Maintain medical documentation and communication with parents, coaches, physicians, and administration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License issued by the PA State Board of Medicine (Required)

• Current BOC Certification in good standing

• Bachelor degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program

• Knowledge of PIAA regulations

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
