About this role
RESPONSIBILITY: __Directly responsible to the Director of Custodial or his designee. __Responsible for assigning crew personnel to jobs, ordering supplies, and maintaining required records. __Review of work requests or conditions for crew assignments, inventory and supply actions on a routine basis. __Perform custodial duties including regular and mechanical equipment, clean, dust mop,vacuum, scrub floors, walls and ceilings, replacing lamps, and replacing of wall mounted fixtures, small furniture repairs, mow/trim grass, and snow removal as needed __Perform custodial tasks in accordance with standard practices of the institutional housekeeping trade. Perform all custodial and related duties in a conscientious safe manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a general or technical high school or GED and considerable experience in general institutional housekeeping or any equivalent combination or training or experience. Must have one year custodial experience. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
