OPEN UNTIL FILLED POSITION TITLE: Hourly Childcare Worker FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Education TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 8:30 - 12:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. 5:00 - 8 Mondays and Wednesdays. QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Highly self motivated.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Childcare provider.
• Keeping accurate records, providing supervision for children, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Other duties as assigned by administration.
