QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Expertise in Naval Aviation Support Team Engineering; 2) Developing program sustainment and acquisition engineering products; 3) Managing and delivering technical and professional services required to sustain and advance a weapon system; 4) Evaluating new approaches, guides and standards to develop engineering solutions. Major DutiesYou will oversee the development and management of products and services required to sustain operation and ensure airworthiness.You will manage the requirements for qualified personnel, processes, equipment and ensure requirements are translated into sound engineering productsYou will investigate and facilitate systems engineering objectives between various contractor and government organizations.You will prepare correspondence, technical reports and instructions for submittal to leadership.You will determine the best approach to resolve complex technical engineering problems while working closely with the technical domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
