Job SummaryYou will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the SHORE INTEGRATED REQUIREMENT DEPARTMENT (N5), REQUIREMENTS AND MODELS DIVISION (N55) of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs and management processes; 2) Designing and conducting management studies and analyzing organizational performance; 3) Managing data and performing resource allocation analysis to support strategic decision-making; 4) Developing innovative business strategies and evaluating major administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs to resolve problems; 5) Leading assessments and integrating cross-functional working groups to execute strategic laydown design and assessment phases. Major DutiesYou will distribute assignments, inform team of projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, and milestones, program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.You will conduct one-on-one training, and answer employee s questions on procedures, policies, directives, etc.You will analyze requirements analysis guidance, directives, and policies to determine impact on programs and installations.You will Conduct business case analysis to research and investigate new or improved business and management practices to apply to program and installation management.You will serve as a SME to support Resource Performance Management and/or Strategic/Business Planning Functions and provide related support to organizational leaders.
