About this role
Location: Fort Payne, Alabama Job Summary: QA Auditor/ Clerk is expected to carry out the standards set forth in the corresponding Standard Operating Procedures for the QA area and Inventory areas. The coordinator will be a liaison to corporate office resolving issues. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities:
• Review computer system for labeling, description, packing, packaging, ticketing and pricing information • Systematically measure weight and carton dimensions as required using Cubiscan process • Audit each shipment for conformance to shipping and routing instructions and vendor performance compliance • Audit product for quality-visual and functional inspection of merchandise • Data entry and recording information- completing applicable paperwork and entering required data into multiple computer systems. • Releasing acceptable shipments • Ensure all boxes are marked and taped prior once audit is completed. • Assist with QA rework projects as assigned
• Communicate with QA lead on all QA and vendor performance issues • Verify inventory • Set up process flow for special projects • Communicate Store transfers and damages to appropriate work groups • Responsible for Ecommerce supply orders • Back Up Administrative Clerk as needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and, reach with hands and arms. • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. • Frequent use of computer for basic inquiries and updating warehouse management system.
