Role: Communications Specialist
Purpose: Provide dedicated internal and external communications support focusing on leadership communication, employee engagement, business updates, change communication, employee recognition, and employer branding. Primary Scope: Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communication strategy for Medium Engines.
• Leadership communications, town halls, and cascades • Change management and strategic business updates • Employee recognition, culture, policy, and process communications • Employer branding and thought leadership through appropriate social media channels
Role:
• This role requires independent communication strategy, planning, and execution. • It partners directly with the Vice President, Directors, and HR Leaders on executive communications and business messaging. • It coordinates across multiple stakeholders, locations, and functions while influencing outcomes without direct reporting authority. Expected Business Impact
• Improved communication quality and consistency • Stronger employee understanding of business priorities, engagement, and connection to organizational goals through clearer leadership messaging. • Enhanced employer brand visibility through targeted external communication and social media storytelling.
Additional information: This job requires working from the office five days a week.
