RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To plan and conduct the preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the lifetime of the building technology.
• Care for the indoor and outdoor installations.
• Coordination of the winter service (if necessary through external providers).
• Care and maintenance of the equipments (fleet, motorized assistive devices, etc.).
• Autonomous acquisition of consumables and auxiliary materials in consideration of the laws and standards.
• Implementation of minor repairs regarding sanitary, building equipment.
• Autonomous consideration of the efficiency (own repair or third-party service).
• Assistance in disaster operation.
• Control the tecnical equipment (even at weekends), on-call service in consultation with the team.
• Availability/Support at events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Lift , Push, Pull up to 150lbs • Walk / Stand/ Climb stairs and Ladders for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to work at heights when needed • Ability to read, write, speak proficiently in English • Ability to use fingers and hands for fine manipulation • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools • Ability to read and use a tape measure • Ability to use computer and various other electronics • Ability to work in the United States without Sponsorship
