About this role
As an order picker at GXO in Nieuwegein, you make sure all orders are prepared on time and correctly. You collect products, perform quality checks, and prepare orders for shipment. You’ll work in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 3°C), and warm workwear will be provided. Each day starts with a short team meeting. Then you get to work together with your colleagues. You use voice-picking technology, follow safety procedures, and support your colleagues during busy periods. You can work full-time or part-time. Available shifts are typically 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.. You get a pleasant workplace, good guidance, and clear tasks. Who are you? You are proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You don’t mind working in a cold environment. You are flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. You work accurately and pay attention to detail. Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not required. We value motivation and a willingness to learn. You live within 40 km of Nieuwegein. You’re available for 16 to 40 hours per week
