As a Food Machine Operator in Lopik, you will be hands-on with the technical side of cheese production. Your main focus will be operating and controlling advanced production lines to ensure product quality and safety every day. You will set and monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, and mixing times, ensuring the right recipe every time. If you have experience with multi vacuum machines, that's a plus-these are used for making cheese rolls. A typical day means working with a close team, operating both automated and semi-automated systems. You'll keep an eye on critical control points (HACCP), troubleshoot technical issues, and perform in-process quality checks. You'll also coordinate with technical services when complex repairs are needed and help less experienced colleagues learn the ropes. Your work helps ensure that our cheese products meet the highest standards for food safety and taste. For this position, you need to understand and communicate in simple English at work. Language skills at A2-B1 (pre-intermediate) level are required.
