We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join an international Customer Care team. In this role, you will focus on order management and customer care, ensuring excellent service and smooth coordination of the order-to-cash process. You will work in a dynamic and ambitious environment where customer satisfaction is at the center of everything you do. No two days are the same, and you will interact with a diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced international setting. As a Customer Care Officer, you play a crucial role in delivering a flawless customer experience and supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing customer orders and supporting the order-to-cash process; - Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers; - Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction; - Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Planning; - Handling customer requests and resolving issues in a professional manner; - Ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders; - Maintaining accurate order and customer information; - Contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience; - Working in a highly international and fast-paced environment. What do we offer? - Start date as soon as possible; - Temporary contract until 31 December 2026; - Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office in Amersfoort + 3 days at home; - Start time between 7:30 - 9:00; - Working schedule: 36 hours per week - 4 days in week A and 5 days in week B; - Salary between €3,900 - €4,600 gross per month
