Key responsibilities - Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; deliver accurate, timely financial insights. - Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. - Build and maintain management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis for stakeholders. - Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, pricing, investment cases, and cost optimization. - Drive month-end performance reviews; explain results and recommend actions based on data. - Improve financial processes, controls, and data quality; support audits and compliance requirements. - Develop business cases and ROI models; evaluate scenario and sensitivity impacts. Required skills and qualifications - Strong experience in business controlling, FP&A, or management accounting in a complex organization. - Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; strong understanding of financial statements. - Proficiency with Excel and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI); ERP knowledge is a plus. - Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. - High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement focus.
