Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Accountmanager Rabo Intermediair Role purpose: Build and grow relationships with intermediaries, advise on financial solutions, and drive portfolio performance while ensuring compliance with Rabobank standards. - Manage and expand a portfolio of intermediary partners; develop account plans and growth strategies. - Advise intermediaries on relevant banking, lending, and financial products; translate client needs into suitable solutions. - Acquire new intermediary relationships through targeted outreach, networking, and market analysis. - Monitor commercial performance (pipeline, conversion, portfolio quality) and report results to stakeholders. - Coordinate internal teams (risk, credit, product, operations) to deliver timely, accurate proposals and onboarding. - Ensure adherence to regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and internal policies; maintain accurate documentation. Required skills and experience - Proven experience in account management, intermediary channels, or commercial banking/financial services. - Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of credit processes, risk considerations, and compliance requirements. - Data-driven approach to portfolio management, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Clear communication skills in Dutch and English; able to align multiple stakeholders. - Increased intermediary engagement and sustainable portfolio growth. - High-quality advice and efficient deal execution with compliant processes. - Strong partner satisfaction and long-term relationship retention.
