Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Assistent Accountant / Boekhouder Role purpose: Support accurate financial administration and reporting by managing day-to-day bookkeeping, assisting with period closings, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Core responsibilities - Process purchase and sales invoices; manage approvals and correct coding to general ledger. - Handle bank and cash reconciliations; monitor open items and follow up on discrepancies. - Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries. - Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable administration; prepare payment runs. - Assist with VAT/BTW preparation and other statutory filings as required. - Prepare basic financial reports and provide data for management and auditors. - Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements and internal controls. Required skills and experience - Bookkeeping: solid understanding of double-entry accounting and ledger structure. - Reconciliation: strong attention to detail and ability to resolve variances. - Systems: experience with accounting software and advanced Excel/Spreadsheets. - Communication: clear coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties. - Organization: able to prioritize deadlines and work accurately under time pressure.
