About Both ENDS Both ENDS is an environmental justice mobiliser, combining advocacy and policy expertise to transform unjust systems worldwide, while strengthening the power of civil society to lead this change. From advocacy to implementation, Both ENDS transforms systems that profoundly impact people and our planet, including trade, finance, and beyond. In collaboration with a 500+ partner network across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, Both ENDS connects local voices to global decision-makers to build new systems that prioritise environmental integrity and community livelihoods. We are an internationally oriented organisation based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. With a team of around 25 people, we work in a self-organised way - valuing decentralised decision-making, individual ownership and leadership, and open feedback. We foster a culture of care and collaboration within our team. What you will do As a hands-on communications assistant, you will help strengthen Both ENDS' communications, including our digital presence, making our work visible and accessible to a global audience of partners, funders, policymakers and others who care about environmental justice. You will work closely with our communications lead, who provides strategic direction and coordination for Both ENDS' communications.
